Rémy Labbé is a belgo-luxembourgish Jazz Trumpet Player, Arranger, Big Band Leader "Le Big Band de Rémy Labbé" and Educator.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music (BM '15) and Manhattan School of Music (MM '18), Rémy is an Arranger for the Grammy-Award-winning band The Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra directed by Arturo O'Farrill', as well as for the WE Big Band (Hasselt, Be), the Greg Ruvolo Collective (NYC), the Big Up Band (Geneva, Ch), the Geneva Chamber Orchestra - OCG (Geneva, Ch), and the Luxembourg Jazz Orchestra (Lu) directed by Ernie Hammes.
Since November 2025 he is a Jazz Trumpet and Jazz Theory Professor at the Jazz Department from the Luxembourg Music Conservatory (Luxembourg City, Lu).
Currently his main projects are the Rémy Labbé Quintet (Challenge Records, May 2023 and November 2026) as well as Eddy Pero et le Big Band de Rémy Labbé (Paris, Fr). As a sideman Labbé can be heard with the Vincent Thekal Quintet (Be), the Luxembourg Jazz Orchestra (Lu), Josh Island (Lu), and the Luxembrass quintet (Lu).
